Often the best photos that we capture are the ones we never planned for. When I'd been to Coorg, I'd known what I wanted to capture, because I'd seen other photographs of those places. But this one I took straight out of impulse, stopping the car in the middle of the road, because I couldn't get over how beautiful the mountains looked. I captured three layers- the paddy fields and shrubs, the coconut trees and the blue mountains.
