    A Hawaiian oven cooked u see ground 1st dig a large pit then arrange the fire wood inside the cover with lava rock once the rocks are bright red you stack banana stumble and leaf then you put your pork beef vegetable I side then cover with banana leaf then the stump cover with burlap sacks then cover with dirt to keep the heat In wait about 8 to 12 hours
