This was from a couple weeks ago during the Muslim holiday "Muharram". These men were hitting their chests to a rhythmic beat and some of them had glass/razor blades in their hands. Later one of them had to be carried out on a stretcher. Most of his scalp was missing and he was screaming and writhing.
