I along with a couple of friends were venturing around a canal in Hampi in search of this majestic bird. The Indian Eagle Owl being a Master of Camouflage and usually hides itself under a rock/bushes and is almost invisible. Then we see this one fly above the canal and perch on a rock for around 10 seconds. managed to capture the bird and its habitat with the right camera settings from my car. The bird flew away just after that. It was such a lucky day for me getting this one out in the open :)
