A mountain gorilla eating vegetation in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Uganda. On the way through the forest to this habituated group we were attacked by wasps resulting in me having to take of my trousers to remove a particularly aggressive one that had found its way up my trouser legs. The armed guard laughed so much I thought he may accidentally shoot me. I'd suffer another attack if it meant going to see mountain gorillas again...this was one of the seminal moments in my wildlife watching.
