After a long night of tossing and turning on a couch too small and in a sleeping bag too hot, I awoke to the sound of the coffee machine brewing the first of many pots that day. I stepped outside with my fellow co-worker to stand on the wrap around deck and stare at the lights that could be seen on the hills surrounding the lake, guessing what they belonged to. I walked down to the dock as the day broke to capture this. I love the reflection of the clouds in the calm morning water.
