Mud Marching Penguins
I was observing a king penguin colony on South Georgia Island when I spotted a small group walking across the plain towards a muddy field. As I readied the camera to capture the scene, the whole movement played out in slow motion as the penguins laboured to march through the mud. The contrast of the pure white body of the penguins with the splatter of black mud, and the orange-yellow plumage created this delightful scene.
