While spending several nights at the Iguazu Falls, I wanted to capture the sunset over the falls. Two nights were not favourable due to rain and heavy cloud cover, but on New Year's eve, the cloud lifted in the direction of the sun to create this magical sunset scene. As the sun disappeared across the horizon, the red glow reflected off the large storm cloud over the main section of the falls to showcase the best nature has to offer to welcome 2017.
