While searching for elusive salmon sharks in Port Fidalgo outside of Valdez, Alaska we came across a vast moon jellyfish bloom so we hoped in with our scuba gear to explore. While diving through this surreal environment of thick pulsating jellies, I came across a beautiful golden lion’s mane jellyfish feeding on the moon jellyfish.
