The old Kiamichi river bridge is done up in Autumn gold. The bridge spans the Kiamichi south of town and is still open for the local traffic. The new planks, of course anything replaced in the last five years is new, continue with the slight gapping that allows one to peer down to the murky depths of the river. Just wide enough to drop a rock or two, maybe spit (for nostalgic purposes only) if you felt like it. The bridge is one of my most fav places to go and she was a dandy today.
