Mr. Lucio Cabrera passed away at the age of 82, in 2015. He suffered from arterial hypertension and as a result an accident cerebrovascular and pneumonia. For that reason his movement was difficult to do ... anyway he was looking for a way to do it. Many of the peoples in Latin America do not have access to safe water, environmental sanitation and good nutrition, thus being vulnerable to diseases, thus creating dependence and resistance to antibiotics.
