At the later half of the horse races, the "Captain" of the racing team kills a chicken whilst on horse back which will later be prepared for and eaten by the intoxicated rider. It's all apart of the crazy ride that is the Drunken Horse Races of Todos Santos. From the 2017 races of All Saint's Day.
