    This summer I hung a collection of bird feeders from my deck so I could observe and photograph my feathered neighbors. This 'couple' was a regular at the lantern feeder. It was exciting to watch Mr. Cardinal as he fed Mrs. Cardinal....something that totally caught me by surprise.
