Neeraj Dwivedi, a teacher, a self helper, teaches children who are poor, live in slums and doing labour in. (Allahabad, India) He does this free of cost from 9:00am to 7:30pm he gives tution to many poor children all over the city from Shastri Bridge to Chungi. To earn for himself he takes tution of school going students from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. Neeraj never believed in NGOs. He thinks NGOs these days don't work properly either the managment is difficult or the people are not that serious.
