This location is just amazing, the iconic San Giovanni church in the italian Dolomites! After spending some time around in the area of the church I decided to end the evening with one final capture. As it was already dark I went for a long exposure to catch some star trails, if I had more time I would have gone with a longer exposure to get some longer trails. A nearby building made a perfect light source to lighten the church making it stand out, no need for light painting.
