Grade 7 students in a small worn out classroom in a village. My work as a volunteer teacher with remote communities in Pakistan has shown me how education is a source of happiness for the community. Educated youth is hope for a better future, a better village, a better economy for these villages. It brings the community together, every new phrase learned in english or every child that steps out from the valley to high schools in the cities is a source of joy and pride for the entire village.
