    I was sure the fish weighed as much as the osprey here. I got a sequence with the splash on until he finally had to drop it. I think the reason for the drop was more to do with the crested caracaras harassing the osprey trying to get the fish. The osprey couldn't get more than 8-10 ft off the water between being weighed down, unable to go faster, and the caracara that was chasing him. I think the fish survived because the osprey circled the area after the caracara left to find him but no luck.
