Taking time to set up a quiet space to retreat, read, listen or be still is key to grounding ourselves in who we are. Unplugging from social media, phones and technology are a key way to grow in internal peace. My friend here has created a space that is his own creativity for quiet and peace of mind. Almost all the room decor has been upcycled to create new pieces for his space.
