    Coincidentally, I had the opportunity to visit the native cacao association in the central rainforest area of Satipo Province, Peru. Eva and her association were incredibly hospitable, they showed us around and told us a lot about their experiences with cacao exporters and chocolate producers from the Global North. Since then I have thought about these issues over and over again and there is absolutely no justification for the inequalities we sustain in this world.
