    This photo was taken about 7:30am on December 1, as dawn was yielding to sunrise on Lake Nepessing in Lapeer, MI. We had unusually clear days and nights in November, and December is starting out the same way. These are peaceful moments for many, as it was today for me and this flock of geese.
