I took this picture about 25 years ago in the village of Tarabuco, Bolivia.There were not hotels at the time and there was not a formal transport to get there either, only by truck. Their amazing attire has beautiful designs, colorful and is made from alpaca wool.The hat has the shape of a conqueror helmet. They carry a little bag full of coca leaves to chew at any time, as you can observe in this photo.
