Sunset on the backwaters
In Kerala there are inlets where the water from the sea goes astray and forms these backwaters. The western coast of India has mainly black sand beaches, but this small beach among the backwaters looking into the sea provides some of the golden sand people
generally associate with beaches. Taken while waiting to see the sky turn orange-red.
