It was a pleasant change to see some novice monks having fun and behaving like normal kids while visiting a pagoda in Mandalay, Myanmar. Monks are expected to maintain their decorum at all times even if they are novices and they do so especially when in public. But it is important to also experience the simple pleasures in life. Capturing the afternoon light shine through the robes of the monk was great, to see them relaxing and playing was wonderful.
