My partner and I are fairly inexperienced hikers, and this was our first real adventure: the Mizzy Lake trail, 10 km of walking through the wilderness. It was pretty rough and at first we were preoccupied with being much slower than other hikers. Then we thought: who cares? We're here to dive into nature, take a moment, look around at the beauty surrounding us. It's good to go slow.
