We have a Chinook coming off the Rockies and this evenings sky when the sun set took on a life of its own. The sun behind me dropping below the mountains bathed everything in a golden light and the sky to the east was a deep purple with golden clouds. Black rays from a shelf like cloud beamed across the sky. It was remarkable and almost like the end of days. The wind turbines spun with the wind that covered everything in a cloud of dust ...the sky was beautiful and strange this evening.
