Sundowners are always one of my favorite parts of being on safari, and choosing a place that has a nice atmosphere is very important. This particular evening we chose a beautiful, romantic spot near the lake, but little did we know that we were imposing on a very large group of hippos relaxing in the water in front of us.We were ready to sip our drinks when this big guy came walking out of the water. He was very large and very serious, and made it very clear that we were NOT welcome there.
