Kambala is traditionally a simple sport, The 'track' used for Kambala is a slushy paddy field. An annual Buffalo Race held traditionally under the sponsorship of local Tuluva landlords and households in the coastal district's of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi of Karnataka which is termed under single region known as Tulu Nadu. The energy & spirit the villagers have for this event is outstanding, the race can go up to 24hrs until the winner is decided.
