    The 'auroral arc' seen here is a frequent manifestation of Aurora Borealis and Aurora Australis activity and is a spectacular sight to behold. The shallow waters of the Reynisfjara lagoon in southern Iceland provided the perfect foreground, reflecting the lights and creating some spectacular symmetry.
