Edit Photo Details Christmas is Here   #christmas #sad #on_the_road #service_station
I stopped at a late night service station whilst travelling home to my parents. I saw this lady through the window, seemingly at odds to the Christmas decorations around her.

I had to linger a bit on this photograph to get the complete effect. The body language of the woman sitting alone contrasts with the popular idea of Christmas. I like how this photograph tells a story and gives voice to what many people feel around the holidays.
