    My friend and i had just landed in Iceland at 0600, and despite our tiredness we made a choice to drive up to the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. It was certainly the best decision since it was the only day out of a three-day stay that wasn't completely foggy, and we were able to see Iceland's beautiful landscape.
