Christmas Day of 2017 brought us the gift of a beautiful sunset over Guatemala City. After a fun Christmas lunch with the family, at around 4pm I started noticing favourable clouds and lighting conditions so I decided to head out to this lookout just outside the city where you can see the sun setting to the west over the volcanoes and the city in the valley below. Here I captured a young man sitting in a rock taking pictures of the beautiful colors in the sky right after sunset.
