Sometimes, I wonder why I do the things I do? Especially when I struggle and they are difficult. I like to challenge myself, I like to step out of my comfort zone and experience new things. If I didn't challenge myself, I'd never know what I'm capable of. So far, I'm glad to be able to say to myself; I'm pleased I did that. Hiking in the back-country hills of Eastern Canada, minus 25, windy and near zero visibility.

I love this photo! The movement, the harsh environment, the triumphant and lighthearted expression on the climber's face. Thank you for tying it altogether by sharing your experience and why embarking on a physical challenge serves as your inspiration. Well done, Rachael!
