Marine iguanas can be found only in the Galapagos islands. They have evolved to dive in the water to feed with algae but as they are coldblooded their temperature drops quickly. When they come to the land they lie exhausted absorbing heat from the sun though their dark skin. They also like to hang out in packs to stay warm - as they did while I took this photo.
