While photographing bald eagles along the Chilkat River in November 2017, I came across this fun and interesting scene. While the bald eagles fight among themselves for the chum salmon, the magpies fight for all of the fish scraps. In this particular shot, it seemed as though both sets of birds were doing exactly the same thing at the same time. Everybody wanted a piece of the action!
