    Reported by:

My wife and I had a walk to the new IFC Tower to have a view of the Victoria Harbour from the highest levels of this new skyscraper. The climate was pretty cool at the end of November. The sun was hidden behind the clouds. A lot of people was moving around yet without rushing as an everyday life there. Our thoughts were running to the typhoons season. We could not believe that this city might be struck by severe weather conditions, especially in autumn.
