    This was so interesting to watch! He did the usual circle and dive that ospreys do, then paused a bit and tried to take off the first time (this shot). The picture shows as far as he got. The fish was so big, he dropped back in the water, sat there looking in my direction almost as if to say "Great, what do I do now?" He tried a second time, only got the fish to water level and dropped back in again, paused to catch his breath, and came out the third time empty clawed. Lucky fish!
