In Singapore, we love the air conditioner! Many people I met during travels told me "Ah, you are from Singapore. So, you must be very used to the hot weather". On the contrary, most Singaporeans are not used to hot weather and prefer the cold weather. Many of us love to wear short or no sleeved T-shirt and shorts and stay in a strongly air-conditioned room for hours without complaining. This kind of "trained us up" and we have no issues wearing quite little even in winter places :)
