This is Awosting Falls, a small part of Minnewaska State Park in NY. In the freezing weather it takes on a whole new look including the pipe organ like spindles of ice behind the falls. There is also the blue icicle on the left that is there every year. If the water is falling full enough a cone of ice begins to form at the bottom of the falls which can reach almost up to the top.
