Salisbury Plain Daydream
Bringing tears to the eyes of many, something about this day amid King Penguins on Salisbury Plain, South Georgia, was so overwhelming that it became a surreal daydream. Between the oddly shaped penguin chick bodies and the sudden snow blizzard that gave me the feeling like I was floating in a mainly white color-field painting amid thousands of obscured penguins bellowing and chirping, I cannot forget this place or time. I am excited to return one day and see what happens nexT in the story.
