I had been busy with the holidays followed by being sick and was in need of getting out of the house. With the temperature being 3 degrees I kind of figured I would have the Smoky's to myself and I was right. I only saw 2 other people throughout the morning and I really got to enjoy the sunrise, it was ver therapeutic to my soul. I took this just before the sun came up from the Newfound Gap Overlook.
