Skyline Drive is a 105-mile road that runs the entire length of the National Park Service's Shenandoah National Park in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, generally along the ridge of the mountains. The roadway is punctuated by scenic overlooks. I only had a point and shoot camera the last time we traveled there. Now I am looking forward to eventually returning with my dslr and long lens!
