just a 'short' detour off of old Route 66 in Northern Arizona is the site of an ancient meteor crater. Just outside the welcome center is this brick wall with an open window to the vast desert beyond. I liked the idea of cropping it so that it could just be a brick wall in any city with a magical portal to a new adventure.
