Insomnia
When winter is cold and the nights are so long I am awaken in the middle of the night. I sit at the edge of my bed for a minute, then I walk to the kitchen and pour myself a glass of water. I then sit at the kitchen table and suddenly insomnia is my friend. Then I meditate, and in my mind I create images till my body gets cold and my eyes sleepy. I go back to bed and go to sleep and insomnia leaves the house.
