This photo is the road southwest out Oark, Arkansas. I was participating in my first Archeological dig in the middle of nowhere. This was one of the closest towns, a thirty minute drive on narrow mountain roads. There is a very old general store called the Oark Cafe with the best pie I’ve ever had. Way off the beaten path and a place I wouldn’t have gone to but someone mentioned quality of the pie. This was taken with an iPhone 5S in HDR mode.
