Of all the places I've traveled there was nothing quite as delicious as the night food market on Zanzibar Island. It is seafood galore with splashes of sugar cane juice and fried plantains. Just looking at this photo, and thinking back to that night inspires me to travel more just for experiencing new tastes on my palate.
