This was the adventure of my life and although it is almost half a year ago that we discovered Iceland's marvelous landscapes, I can't stop talking about this trip. I've never seen such a diverse place before. It's like paradise for every geologist. We drove for hours through the highlands in Landmannalaugar, surrounded by lush green landscapes, crossing rivers (stopped breathing, when we drove through), and within the next second everything is just grey. Already planning my trip in winter time.
