    and that's why they are called Red Tailed Hawks. you can really see in this one how red his tail is. this bird is huge, with a wingspan of 56 inches! also the females get up to be 1/3 times bigger! :) I took several others, but don't want to take up 3 of my 15 this week on them. :)
