My girlfriend and I woke up at 6am to go play in/photograph the shore break by sunrise. As I slipped into the water and photographed the waves, the sun rose higher and higher until the clouds began to burn off and got that cotton candy look. The shore break was big, and after about an hour and a half, people started to show up and it was time to leave. As we were gathering our belongings a very large wave broke, shot up the beach, and the foam climbed our legs...and so the inspiration was born!
