In the distance you can see the top of the Hibok Hibok. It's one of the 8 most active volcanoes in the Philippines. The hike goes through a multitude of different landscapes: from grassy pastures to coconut forests to thick jungles. It's a doable hike, but most people underestimate it. Especially the last part, upward, is very steep, and tiring. But once at the top, provided there are no clouds, the view is absolutely breath taking. Camiguin's a very underestimated, overlooked little pearl.
