With Millaa Millaa waterfall being such a popular day trip destination for travellers residing in Cairns, I was struggling to decide how to compose a unique shot of this spectacle without being repetitive. A heavy morning rainfall produced a small pond in front of the viewing platform, so I inverted my tripod and placed my camera several inches above the water and waited for the tourists to clear. After about 20 minutes, I triggered the shutter remotely and wound up with this glassy capture.
